Prague, Czech Republic

We visited Prague on the last leg of our trip after visiting Budapest, the summer of June 2019.

They surprisingly had lot of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian restaurants to choose from! This was around the time the at my brother and I both found out the different foods that we were allergic to and/or intolerant to so it was our main goal to make sure we ate accordingly and not to get sick during our overseas trip! That would have been miserable. On top of that, I was a strict vegetarian. We enlisted in the help of a Gluten-Free (GF) app that helped A LOT! It helped us to find specific restaurants that offer vegetarian and gluten-free menus. My Raw Cafe was very tasty! They had Kelp pasta which didn't taste fishy at all. They also served their version of pizza which was served on gluten-free toast (in the pictures). And gluten-free crepes for dessert is what my son tried, he even enjoyed it even though he has no food restrictions. Everything was fresh and original and would definitely go back again.

Alriso Risotteria Italiana was a gluten-free Italian restaurant! This place was amazing!! I cannot even begin to describe the high quality of taste their gluten-free pasta and bread was. I could literally eat it all day. It tasted like real pasta and the risotto was very creamy and flavorful. The wine was also delicious and my brother even enjoyed several gluten-free beers. So if you're in the Prague area please visit this restaurant.

The area was also very beautiful. During this time of year it was very HOT! So be aware of that. Most days it was in the high 80's Fahrenheit and with no cloud cover. So if you plan to be walking around and site seeing be sure to carry lots of water and take frequent breaks.

Otherwise, there was a lot to see and explore in the Old Town Square.
